Congratulatins to Bedfordshire on winning the A League, Northants the B League and Herts the C League, all with very good scores. The Bedfordshire score of 124 must be a record.

All 3 teams have qualified to play in the National County Area League Winners final on Sunday 13 July at the West Midlands Bridge Club in Solihull.

Ron Davis of Beds has written to me regarding refreshments before a match. Counties should consider providing cups of tea / coffee to opposing teams (who may have travelled a long way) before a match.
